Dap'ed, Fract'ed, Simplified...
Here is another version of re-create... used DAP Felt-tip to get some bold lines... applied Fract Glow 100 with changed settings... finally Topaz simplify to smoothen the space between the glow lines. Used adjustment layer for saturation to bring out some colors... Hope you like it.

That eye is incredible, Indranil! Nice processing here. I really like how the fract'ing at the top of the eye is lighter (matching the light angle on the eye) and darker on the bottom corner.
