    Trying to hone my BIF skills as it was never my strong point. Just a common subject for us but I thought it was a nice clean shot with good wing position and detail. Your thoughts please.

    400ISO F6.3 at 1/1250th

    Good BIF Joe! I like the wing position and the sharpness. I seem to see a halo around the bird, it may be my laptop though?

    Nice wing down position, pretty sharp for 1/250! You may want to try a little higher shutter speed, cropping... I might take a little off the top and place it in front and the bottom, just thinking in thirds. I always find it hard to get the goose head looking good, but you did it. TFS
