Hi Chris, a very creative idea to use another image of bark as the background texture. I wish there was a little more ground showing in front of the tree, or has your framing blocked out the ground?

Beautiful repost Chris! I love the colors and the roundness of the tree.

Your subtle background texture really adds to this image. Your repost with the light just starting to highlight the grasses leads one nicely into the mist. I am admittedly hypersensitive to bright white areas and if it were mine I would make this area on the left side a little less bright.

Wonderful composition, color and light. I like the added canvas of the second post. Beautiful result using texture. I agree with Nancy about the light area on the left. An excellent image.

Hi Chris, I agree with everyone else that you did a fantastic job on this. The bark texture is just perfect. I love the misty feel, and the composition with the tree and fence line. Very well done! :)
