This is another image taken on our recent trek for fall colors. This however, in keeping with the theme has been modified to B&W. Hope you are not disappointed with the lack of color! ;)

Modifications in CS4 include; Desaturation in RAW processing; B&W conversion with tone adjustments; Curves; Color Balance; Sepia Tint and other normal PS image adjustments.

Hi Mark, looks like a very nice waterfall. I like the composition. If it were mine, I would clone out the small fence in the lower left corner and the low hanging leaves along the top edge of the frame. I'd love to see the color version of this sometime.

Nice comp. Add me for wanting to see this in color. I would do a clone of the FG log that points right out of the frame. But that's just me. Otherwise, just a postcard of a shot!;) Good stuff...........

I missed the fence. Thanks ... I had created this image and didn't show the fence, so used it for the color view.

I like the leaves on top, as they offer a hint of the color and depth to the image. The mist of the falls obscures the colors in the BG, but adds to the image. But I appreciate your suggestion on the leaves.
