    Agree with Harshad here, some contrast boost would also improve.

    Ian _ I agree with Harshad and Marc and the color looks off to me too (too much yellow).

    Ian,

    I like the pensive look and pose. As it looks like this was in the shade, colors are off and need to be corrected.
