I'm hoping this will have enough of a nature theme to work here. It is on the river and there is a lot of sky :D!

I haven't done much B&W, but here goes. Love this lens.........

    Nikon D3s
    ISO 200
    1/1600 sec @ f/8
    14mm

Whoops, I forgot to add "Weekly Theme".

Goes to show a very simple urban scene can be captivating. The clouds make this image tops Jay, I like your conversion, it's fine! :)

Jay, I added the prefix Weekly theme for you since this qualifies for the contest. I think you did a fine job with the tonal range in the image. The lines of the barges are interesting and the sky is awesome!

Outstanding b&w Jay! The comp, the drama, the toning...it's all beautiful. You really made the most out of this scene.

Great B&W image Jay. I'm with the others on the clouds.

Very cool composition. There is a lot of things to look at. your eyes are drawn nicely through it. Nice solid blacks and whites with detail.

    God bless,

Very nice B&W, Jay. The tonal range is awesome, and I like the sky. Well done.
