Gosh, the colors on the water this day were gorgeous! This was right when the yellow leaved trees were at their peak with a bit of red thrown in for good measure.

Regular processing on this one except I add a slight surface blur to most of my water images before I sharpen them because they don't take well to noise reduction - it tends to leave very blurry patches on these kind of images. I've found a round of surface blur will take out some of the noise without blurring it over quite as much.

Jules, gorgeous colors and I appreciate your workflow tip:) I really love the patterns with the blue on top of the leaves.

Simple comp and colors, but works very, very effectively. Great work Jules. :)

Jules, This is one of my favorites of yours. Beautiful color combo and those flames in the water look like "old school" tatoo flames that I just love!

Denise, that's so funny...I thought the same thing. Looks like a bad paint job on someone's beat up pick up truck. ;)

Glad you all liked this one...I think it's going to be one of my favorites as well. Might have to blow this one up and print it.

Gorgeous! I do hope you print it and put it on the wall! Fantastic, glowing colors. Simple in color and design. Strong diagonal. Love everything about it.
