    Processed this one recently from a trip to Kruger in 2009. Liked the idea of the bokeh with the strong contrast of the zebra's skin pattern.

    All critique welcome!

    Nikon D300s with 200-400mm VR

    Morkel, a good graphic image and the bokeh has worked for you here. 'Sparkling' comes to mind and I feel that this is more about the design than just the zebra.

    Morkel - I think it is an interesting contrast. One question, did you do any pp to the eye? It looks too light to me given that it is in the shadow?

    Good use of the B&W conv, I like the Zebra on it's own here Morkel, but for mine the highlighted BG aka Bokeh conflicts too much here, it is something different and like your thought process ;)

    Morkel,

    I like the idea and execution here but feel it would have worked better if the Zebra's head was parallel and we were not seeing the overexposed or overly bright highlights on the front of the head.
