    Man, that is one UGLY bird! I think you got a nice comp here, Ian. The eye is a little bit high in the frame for it to fit in the ROT's grid point but it's very close. I can't help but think the brown/green feathers are a tiny bit overexposed...they feel too light in color or contrast but I can't quite put my finger on it. Do you remember them being this color/tone? Could just be the bird...

    I'd definitely think about cloning the two small spots near his beak/nose opening.

    I dunno Jules, I might tell this cutie that you said that! :) I think the color is correct, but my color memory is terrible. I'll get rid of those spots.

    Ian - what's the bg? There are some diagonal lines going through it that I find slightly distracting.

    Rachel, the BG is the chain-linked cage :( I think that's what we're seeing.
