I really like the soft light, details and composition. There is a slight sharpening halo around the legs and bill.

The colors from the filter make it work for me. Love the soft feel of the image. The comp feels a little loose to me, but I am not sure a tighter crop would do this justice. So, kudos, I say! Well done.

Really nice image, Fabs. The filter effect adds a lot to it. There are a few dust spots :D and a little noise reduction on the background would really add to this. Here's hoping I can head out with you guys tomorrow!!!

Hey Fabs, Hope that you did well this morning... It is stormy this afternoon. I do not like the image. For starters, the head is turned a bit too far away, but it is the wierd colors that I do not like, esp. the (somewhat unnatural and sickening to me) yelllows at the bottom. But obviously I am make up the vast minority of one.

later and love and see you Sunday afternoon. ROT is not coming. Later and love, artie

Fabs, I really like the top half of the image and I'm OK with the head angle, but I have to agree with Artie about the yellow-green color cast on the bottom half. It was the first thing that struck me about this image.

    Best Wishes

    Hi Fab,

Very artistic. I would like to see a little more room in front of the bird as it looks too centered which I know is not but just a hair more.
