    Love the pose and you've done very well retaining detail in both the highlights and shadows given the lighting conditions. If it were mine I would consider cloning out the diagonal background line intersecting the wingtip.

    Nico:

    Classic Giant's castle look, agree about the harsh light, but if you haven't done some already, I think you can tease out some more detail by careful dodging of the shadowed areas.

    I would def. work on the side of the face/eye and some on the body as well.

    Love the pose---I agree that the bg could be cleaned up a bit for more effect.
    Great image--go back when the light is right! :) Very cool.
