Amazing. I would also like to know how did you get this close. The detail is just above all. Love the BG too.

Kiran, Fantastic sharp details and comp. Crystal clear eye and I love seeing the sun reflected in it's eye.

    Absolutely, spellbindingly good!
Henry is no doubt going to be smitten by this beauty.
The details and IQ are simply superb, as usual.

Akos, this line cracked me up!!:D

Awesome portrait. Wonderful details. The yellows around the eye and on the bill are perfect. The slight tilt throws me off a bit though...you could try a version with the falcon sitting straight.

Revisiting this absolutely insanely fabulous image Kiran bhai I note the slightly tilted horizon in the eye. Just a thought in support of Daniels comment earlier. Does not change what I think. She is gorgeous and your capture perfect. :) Cheers bhai..

Thank you all my dear bird loving friends for your valuable time and for your kind words of appreciation and suggestions.

Getting close to these beauties in the mornings and late evenings is quite ok, as they are more interested in hunting grasshoppers than our presence. Not all individuals are this friendly, only a few and also they not this friendly on all days. You cannot get close to them on foot, they are quite ok if you approach them in a vehicle.

The camera says "subject distance: 7.2 meters".

Thanks Akos Bhai, I am really happy you liked it. :)

@ DC Bhai and Akos Bhai: I too realized the slight tilt after I posted the image, will surely correct it..

    Thank you again beautiful people,

    Regards,

    Kiran.
