    Beautiful photo Steve. I love the simplicity and (for once) the higher vantage point. This image is perfect with no horizon line. My only wish is that the egret was turned more toward the camera or/and, it was peering down into the water, appearing to gaze at its own reflection. Great job (and nice sentiment)!

    Hank makes some good points...

    It's a beautiful image and the words match perfectly. A little more head turn would have probably made me swoon - but you still get a big "fantastic" from me! Lovely image and a beautiful sentiment...

    This is so right. I love the head turn, as a matter of fact. With the words suggesting independence and poise, of being comfortable in one's own skin, the head turn slightly away from us is just right. My opinion. Wonderful shot.

    This is so succinct! The sentiment catches a world of meaning in a few words. The photo captures the delicate imagery of 'reflection' in at least two ways, for surely the bird is reflecting on life. Thank you.
