This was one of my first infrared images that I took recently. I used an orton effect to create a dreamy look.

Thanks for looking. Comments and suggestions appreciated:)

Soft and sweet. I am going to like this theme! The IR is a nice change. I might tone down some of the lighter areas on the right. Nice work.:)

Hi Cheryl, I'm liking your IR photos. This one has a light and airy feel to it and nice composition. I'm thinking that a tad more black in the image would make it pop a little more, but that's just a thought - I like it as presented. Nice soft look.

Lovely infrared image. You achieved the soft, dreamy look you wanted. I like that the trunk is more in focus and the leaves blurred. The vines on the trunk add wonderful complexity and interest. Nice diagonal positioning of the trunk. It seems the upper part of the trunk is a tad darker than the rest of it. Wonderful image!

Lovely image, Cheryl. I like the light, dreamy feel, and very nice pattern of leaves and vines.

Hi Cheryl, I really like the feel of this image also. The combination of the IR and Orton are a perfect match for this image. I like the angle of the tree through the frame and think it might even be rotated just a touch more and still work just as well. Kerry's thought on more blacks sounds interesting, but I think it would change the whole feel. A great alternative thought though.
