I'm with Andrew, I love the red eyes too! I like the fantastic pose. I might make the very tip of the beak a little more clear if it were mine. Nice work w/ the fract.
Thanks both. If I erase the tip of the beak it will show the yellow.... Or should I just darken what it there?

Darken what is there.
Arthur, I wonder if you reduce the opacity of the eraser tool to bring the tip of the beak somewhere between what you have here and the original beak. I didn't notice it earlier, but looks like the fract lekt the very tip of the beak a little soft. Maybe a little erasing around there would sharpen that up.

Hi Artie, I like this fract job a lot. The eyes really do make it intense and I like the white all around. As for the tip of the beak, I would try the burn tool set to shadows and brush in some darkness. What I like about this tool is that it can be very selective without using a selection, especially in a situation like this. Cool!

Thanks guy and gal. Is this any better or did I make it worser?

It looks better to me.:)
I think so too. It is much stronger visually and reinforces the triangle formed with the eyes.

Wonderful graphic image! This is one of the best fractals I've seen. Love the composition, colors, lines. The centered composition is strong and effective. I wondered about rotating CW to make it perfectly even on both sides, but am not sure that would be an improvement. The second post is stronger. Excellent work!
Excellent image, Artie! Very strong composition and super frac work. Love the eyes. Well done!
Thanks all. BTW, I came up with a knew twist to Fracting. As we were told that the controls on the top and bottom do the same thing, instead of adjusting all of the upper controls and then going to the lower, I adjusted the first control on top and then adjusted the same slider in the lower section before moving along.
It worked wonderfully well as I could boost the effect that I had just boosted if that makes any sense :)

Artie, it does make sense and I'm going to try it out on my next fract.

Art, Love the graphic quality, sharpness and bit of color. To my eye I'm thinking the image might be stronger without the spotty backround...
Artie, I love the repost and I like the kind of abstract, arctic bg. Thanks for the fract. tip:)
