    Default Peruvian Pygmy Owl

    While i was walking near a river this morning, this tin]y owl came form nowhere and perched 3 meters away from me.

    Excellent response to the opportunity. Love owls and have never ever seen this little fella. Good work. Maybe try a vertical comp?

    That's the beauty of a 70-300; they're easy to have with you. You made the most of your surprise encounter! I might go for a slightly tighter crop.
