    I met James Shadle before daylight on Sept.3, 2010 and we made a few blurs of a fertilizer plant across the bay before sunrise....

    this was with the 1DMKIII
    70-200mm f/2.8 at 200mm
    f/18
    ISO 1250
    1.3 sec hand held
    manual mode
    evaluative metering

    Hey, I recognize that place!! Great use of the early morning "blur" light. The BG texture/pixelization adds a lot to the image IMO.

    Hi Joel, looks like a volcano erupting! Very cool use of slow shutter speed. Not crazy about the noise in the sky...
