I cropped the image a bit and eliminated some power lines and fence posts. I added textures by Shadowhouse Creations "Square 165, and "Square 164" blending using Color Burn and Soft Light. I added >filter >render >omni light to cow's head.
This is a bit different type of work for me and I would much appreciate constructive critiques. I think I could have cropped away more sky.
Anita, I like the look of this. I do think that the large lighter area above accented w/ the brighter colors draws my eye from the cow. Maybe toning it down a bit? Lets see what others say. Nice Amish scene. I am enjoying these scenics very much and feel a road trip is in the near future!
Very nice, Anita. I really like the vertical composition with the cow, the farm behind, and the negative space of the sky. I agree with Denise on toning down the bright colors in the sky a bit.
