Great story, both birds attitude right on, Father standind there all dignified at attention. Mother offering gift with knee curtsy and offering in a loving & sharing manner. I think you nailed a great photo that is definitely a wall hanger.

Ian, what a moment! I'd take a little off both ends - I think that will increase the "privacy" of the moment between the birds. You might also want to look at a little bit of rotation - it feels like its sloping down on the right side by just a tiny bit.
