I like the sharpness, exposure and composition in this one. Great job Denise!
Can not see much I would change. The look and the up swept feathers are too cool!
Gary.
Denise:
Nice light, angle in frame, exposure, detail in whites. Nice DOF.
Cheers
Randy
I agree with the above replies. You had some very nice light and subject and took advantage of the situation.
Great comp and most importantly light. VWD!
I second Duane's emotion. You knew what to do with that good light. Great handling of the whites. I'd have liked a lower angle.
Sweet light and warm colours Denise. Excellent exposure, which in turn has brought out good detail throughout. Did I mention how sharp this is.
Thank you all for your kind comments. I appreciate them.
Craig, This was taken from a pier and I was as low as I could get.
Like the body angle, sharpness, and nice light.

Fantastic light Denise. Great job with exposure and details.
I'm fairly sure I know where this was taken...when I was there I was flat on my stomach with my head overhanging above the water with chin lower than it's floor - OUCH! You did very well. Awesome lighting, wow. Perhaps a tiny bit better HA would have been great (same angle as body).
I like the lighting and mood captured here... nice job keeping those pesky whites in check!
Charles
