    Love the composition and detail in the whites. It seems the focus was more towards the top of the head as it seems sharper than the eye itself.

    Thanks for taking the time to comment. I suspect you may perceive the top of the head as sharper because it has more contrast against the background. If you look at the detail in the bill you'll see that there is quite fine and sharp detail also. The eye is definitely sharp when I zoom in here. JR

    Yeah, it does look sharp enough to me mate. A wonderful and serene portrait. Glad you suffered the cold and not me. :D Congrats!

    I like this, I would probably also try extreme close-up, almost an
    abstract comp of yellow, white and black. I think that would work here.

    I like it very much.
    Ok for composition and saturation is good 8and it is difficult with white near...)
    For me sharp is ok ...
