Leaping GHB
This is the first time I decided to try fract on a blur! I took this image earlier in the week late in the afternoon. I used Glow 100 and changed the settings to get the effect. Used an adjustment layer for levels and applied usm on the final web version. Hope you like it...
Indranil, it looks like you are becoming addicted to fractalius :). I like the look of it applied to this GBH blur and a nicely composed image too.
