    Hi

    This Buzzard uses our power posts to rest and hunt from; the bird was around each day but never let me get closer than this either on foot or in the car

    SS 1/500 ISO 200 f 5.6 Canon 40D 100-400 IS @400

    I like the title and the composition. The bird seems a little underexposed and I wish it were larger in the frame

    That's pretty much how I see raptors here too!! Interesting "urban" wildlife image, but I agree with Doug's critique. As is it could do without the bent pipe and also wish the hawk wasn't turning away from us.

    P.S. Don't be afraid to bump up the ISO, the 40D can take it and the additional SS is always appreciated;)
