    I've been hanging around the ETL forum for a while and thought I'd try posting something here. I welcome your comments.

    From early July of this year at Gatorland in Orlando
    Slight crop above and below.
    ACR and CS5: levels adjustment, minor sharpening, cloned out a few stray branches.

    Nikon D300, 70-200mm f/2.8 @ 122mm, ISO 200, f/4, 1/3200

    I like it a lot, Maureen. And except for the branch/feet mix-up I think it is a beautiful image. Perhaps you could clone out a couple branches below the talons.

    Nice shot I like the action. In an ideal world I suppose the bill would not have the left wing behind it, but that is beyond your control. I would add a little canvas to the right and left and try to work out the best way of cloning the branch on the right, (i.e. so you don't end up with leaves on an unsupported twig)

    Oh I love it! Beautiful bird... colors, lighting are wonderful. Like others have said, I do think the crop is a bit tight but I'm not sure how much control you had over that :)
