    Canon 7D + 500mm f/4L~1/1600 @ f/7.1~manual mode~ ISO 320~handheld

    Another weekend of nest building activity which offered me more opportunities for in-flights. I added the upper and lower portions of the image along with two upper and one lower feather tips that were clipped (rats! :p)...this image was cropped from landscape to portrait.

    Hi Duane,
    Lovely pose and the eagle looks so intent on getting where he or she needs to be. Nice PP work and all I would wish for is a touch more room, but not a huge amount. :) Well done mate.

    Excellent sharpness and a terrific flight pose. I might tone down the bright area above the talons.

    Awesome underwing details, too bad about the twig's shadow on the lower one though! I might open up the darks on the top wing. Overall pretty cool!:cool:
