I photoed this RT Hawk on the same day I did the Peregrine. No cropping done but I had to add some canvas on top of the bird as I was running out of space. I also removed couple of smaller branches from the tree to make the photo cleaner.

Very nice capture. Lovely pose and detail. I like tight comps, but some might say this is just a bit too tight on the left and bottom. I might consider brightening the eye, and perhaps the whole face. I would be pleased to own this one.
Mikko, this is a beautiful pose of a majestic bird...I'm just not happy with the cloning job you did on the second branch. You either have to take the entire thing out and rebuild the missing area of feathers and toe or you need to leave it in and make it "end" somewhere. (Try using a hard brush to create a fake "end".)
I also agree that a curves adjustment to the eye and face to brighten those areas up a bit more will take this up another notch.
Julie I noticed the same thing yesterday about that branch hovering there :(. But that was not one the branches I cleaned. Here is the original raw-file. I didn't think I can remove that. I'll try...
