Default Cades Cove Mill - Smoky Mts NP

    Attached Images Attached Images

This image, of a mill building, was taken at Cades Cove in Smoky Mts NP.

Modifications in CS4 included; Curves and other normal PS image adjustments in addition to DAP Realism.

DAP altered the intensity of the colors, with the settings use. However, it was an interesting adaption of the scene, so I decided to keep it.

    Enjoy!

I like the effect and colors. The matte looks OK to me.

Mark, I like the muted colors and the effect on the leaves - it almost looks like stippling. I think I'd like this one better unframed.

Mark, beautiful Fall scene/comp and filter application.
Just the right combination of color and texture IMHO.

No problem Cheryl, I can ship them framed or unframed. Just like the frame for presentation. Just let me know what size image you desire for your living room wall and it will be on the way! ;):D:D:D

Hi Mark, love the fall colors and the DAP treatment. You know how I feel about the frames and mats... To me I would like to see more image and less frame, but someone once said...:cool: It is possible to specify the color palette in DAP, but it is a very difficult program to master for sure. I know I have a long way to go. :o

Mark, I like the color tones and the scene. I feel it is a tiny bit tight but I do like the vertical comp. Nicely done w/ the filter. The frame over powers the image IMO but as you say-it's your vision.:)

Thanks Kerry and Denise for viewing and comments. Appreciate it.

I do use the other pallets Kerry, but have to find a way to maintain the saturation of the original to the extent desired, in some of the processes.
