    I normally do not really like the very close shots, but this has great texture in the skin.

    The Elephant looks remarkably dark skinned, I would have preferred all of the tusks.

    I agree with Ken's comments that the texture and detail is good but that I would prefer the whole tusks. Was the right eye (on our left) lightened or is that just from the sun hitting it?

    good comments - if I show the full tusks then some background is shown around the right ear (on left) and as it was sunny on that side - it created a bright spot that moves the eye away from the texture - which is what I was after

    Sid - will keep updating the bucket list and photos as we just returned from the Great Migration _ Kenya - it appears several others on BPN were present
