Clicked this one on the western coast of India last summer.
These guys return back early in the summer (Indian) to their breeding grounds and a week or two prior to that start acquiring their breeding plumage.

    Clicked with a 50D + 500mm lens. ISO 200, Shutter speed of 1/250 at f8 (from memory..so not 100% sure)

Cute looking bird. Love the BKGR Colors. Low angle has worked out well here

Nice low angle and I really like the raised foot.

Looks fabulous against that mysterious, dark BG. Very nice work. :)

Great looking "click" Rahul! I like the sharpness, comp, low angle and BG.

BTW, is the Kentish Plover the same species as our Snowy Plover? I have and older shorebird guide that shows the Snowy as a subspecies of the Kentish? Anyone know the latest?

I like the low perspective, and the raised foot shows good movement. The colours of the little guy stand out so well against the darker BG.
