    I can't decide if this works. Female Gadwall, shot more or less into the sun from the blind at Lighthouse Pond, Cape May. Set exposure comp at +2.0, which wasn't nearly enough, so added another +1.5 in RAW transfer.

    D90 | 80-400 VR @ 370 mm | ISO 800 | 1/640s @ f/7.1 | +2.0 EV | HH (braced on blind).

    Love the high key look, Bill. Drip off the bill is a bonus. I can see this as a tighter crop too - printed large would be good as presented - tighter for web would maximise the nice plumage detail.

    Bill, I've been there shot there! I like the high-key look and I agree w/ Tony, I'd tighten up the comp. too.

    Bill, the high key works for me, and I would maybe take a bit off the top. The droplet is a bonus.
