    Hi Daniel. Exposure and BG are good. I think a crop to exclude the FG and the reflection as well as moving the bird out of dead-center would really improve this one.

    Love the light and the soft reflection of the trees on the water.

    Would definitely crop this so that the bird was closer to the left hand third of the image and I'd also try and do some selective sharpening on the subject.

    I might have tried a lower angle but it looks as though the foreground grasses would have intersected the subject if you'd gotten much lower?
