hawk ID help please.

My first post on BPN! I was looking through photos to post, when I came across this hawk photo that I have not been able to id. It was taken on the edge of Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada on a hydro pole adjacent to farm fields. It was taken on October 1. Any help would be appreciated. I was thinking maybe a young RTH???
