I took these photograph at Viera Wetlands on Thursday, Oct 21st. I've spent 2 days searching several different on-line bird guides and have had no luck identifying this bird. Most birds with this body shape have light colored bellies, this one does not. I need help!

Dawn, you're going to slap yourself on the forehead when you learn what this is...a female Red-winged Blackbird :-) It's OK, I think many of us have been stumped by this lady before...I even had some e-mails pointing me to this bird saying I must have misplaced this "sparrow" on my RWB webpage:D

Thank you! This was driving me nuts. I was wondering if it could be a female, but wasn't sure what group to look in. Thanks for helping out this beginning birder.
