Tried for one of those pattern shots with same subject echoed OOF. Just wish the main subject had head turned more to the side. Image created at Ft Myers beach just at the end of good light in the morning.

I like the juxtaposition. You did a good job with the EXP witht the off angled light. Yellows are definitely over-SATed.

Yellows and reds are often over-SATed right out of the box, so while the image might look good with a SAT boot of 8, you often need to go back and reduce the yellow or red SAT that 8 plus an additional 8-14 depending....

Glad that you like Cave Painting I; it is one of my favorite juxtaposition images. And great to see that folks are learning from it and from ABP II.

I like the composition and poses. The light looks a bit harsh.

Yes Axel, as I stated, it was right on the edge of decent light (about 9:30AM non daylight savings time).I tried to control the exposure while getting the juxtaposition. This was at the end of day at the beach and lagoon. I'll try for one of these earlier next time.

Like the compo a lot David - did you use any exp. compensation with this one?

    Hi Glenn,
Because of that white beach sand, the scene was lighter than mid tones overall. I used aperture priority (+2/3) and checked histogram.
