I've been viewing and posting on this forum off and on for a few years now, but haven't been active anywhere to speak of in the last few years. I've been shooting pro for a few years now (portraits, weddings, etc), but we've decided to slow things way down on that side of things and I hope to use some of that time towards shooting critters.
I've spent the better part of my life in the woods or on the water, and consider myself blessed to make my living by managing our natural resources. I also love music, and I play piano, keyboard and a little bit of mandolin and lead worship at our church. Seems like there is never a dull moment around our place.
I've learned a lot in what I've read on here so far, and I'm looking forward to getting to know folks on here and learn even more.
Welcome to BPN, Jason! I love the quote at the bottom of your signature...very true! Let us know if there's anything you need help with...I know it can be a bit confusing at first. You're welcome to post in any of the forums but if you want to start slow, head over to the Eager to Learn forum and we'll get you up and running.
Thank you for sharing a little about your life. It's always nice to know a little more about a photographer than their name and where they come from. Look forward to seeing some of your images.
Welcome Jason, Enjoy your slowing down and do spend some more time here as well. I look forward to seeing some of your critter stuff.
