    Default ID of Raptor From Belize

    I was going through some of my old photos of unknown's...this one has always bothered me...thought it was a Roadside Hawk but never been positive.
    Photo quality not the best, cloudy day, big crop...

    Taken near Placencia, Belize in 2005. Need your help on this one.

    Hi Paul, from what I can see this looks like a Roadside Hawk to me. But, I'm no expert.

    Agreed that it's a Roadside Hawk. If you got a look at the front, it should have a fairly solid "bib" on its chest that is the same color as the bars we can see from behind in your photo.
