    Beautiful exposure, creamy background, nice placement in the frame. To me, an exotic bird as well, a bonus.

    Nice bird, pose and head angle and you did well in less than ideal light--somewhat harsh and uneven. Does not the shadow on the neck with the blue cast as well as the bright WHITEs on the neck bother anyone else ? :)

    Artie,

    The shadow and bright whites certainly bothered me , and I have only just noticed the blue cast, it is more apparent on the JPEG and I am using a lousy monitor here in UK. But for me it is not to bad;)
