    Default Great Bent Egret

Just when I though I had a shred of sanity left, Steve Adkins told me that there was a version of Pixel Bender for CS4! Now I've lost it completely and have a whole new set of toys - all free. Sweet! Thanks Steve!

This is the "smudge" filter. There are some really cool ones in the set that comes with it and there are others on the community site. Big fun!

Started with Topaz DeNoise5, then PB, then some color bumps with vibrance.

Very cool and creative Kerry. The squiggly lines add a lot of interest to this image. I love the neck.

Kerry, that goofy neck with a normal head just made me laugh :D! Makes me think this egret had a little too much to drink and just cannot get his feet, his wings, etc, coordinated. And his world looks a little unusual too! Great fun!

Very cool Kerry! I like the colors and effect. I used Smudge on a few images, the lotus pad and the hibiscus which I don't remember if I posted it or not.

Kerry, all the reasons I've put off upgrading to Photoshop (price, learning curve, etc.) all just went out the window;) I think I've got to have PB - this is so cool.

Hi Kerry, this is really cool. I just installed PB, but keep getting a GPU error when clicking on the plugin. I am using CS4 - if anybody knows the solution to this let me know.

Andrew, what is your hardware configuration? This message can indicate a problem with your graphics card or memory. If you un-check the tick-box that says "process on GPU" does the filter work?

    Hi Kerry,

I am not too technical when it comes to computers, but I do believe the problem maybe memory related. I am going to increase the RAM this week and see if problem goes away. I am running CS4 Standard and seem to have no GPU options available.
