    Default Impressionistic Blur

Here is one that I posted on my blog (see link below) a few weeks ago. I thought I would post it here for folks to see too. It is a blur from Raven Lake in Ontario's Halfway Lake Provincial Park. I was hoping for a nice sunrise, but no luck. As a result, I began using my 80-400mm @ 400mm (effective focal length 600mm) to extract some shoreline reflections. I really liked this one. It was originally an upside-down reflection with the green grasses at the top. I thought I would flip the canvas so that the reflection was right-side up. The trees are Red Pines.

    Look forward to comments.

Andrew, I would like it either upside down or as presented.:) The trunks look like copper and the colors are a nice combination. I like it a lot.

Andrew, I saw this one on your blog and I loved it. The copper colors as Cheryl pointed out are wonderful. The upside down reflection works well. Very nicely done.:)

Very nice Andrew. I like the metallic look and the just right amount of blur. The flip adds a nice abstract quality. Nicely done!

    Hi Andre,
I really like the image as presented. Good idea on the flip. The colors and the vertical trees reflected are lovely. If it were mine I might consider toning down the horizontal white area in the ULS. But overall I think it's a stunning image.
