    Dan - I like the comp and pose. The blade of grass in the mouth just makes this image.

    Great colors and detail Dan. Nice pose by the elk, I like the leg positions and the relatively straight line from the head to the rump. FG grasses seem just a touch bright to me.

    Sharp with killer pose and fall color. The fallen log in the wrong place was bad luck. A small crop from the bottom might work well.

    This has a great feel to it the muted colours in the FG really add, plus of course the grass in the mouth.

    Dan,

    I love the soft bright FG and colorful OOF BG with minimal distraction. Great DOF has the full rack in focus.
