This was takenat the side of the road in Canyonlands NP as the morning sun was getting bright. Maybe it was the paintings in the hotel that had this look..........I just like the play in different tones. Very little manipulation and a crop off top to minimize bald sky.

PS Fabs..........I did think of adding more color but figured I'd show it this way first.

I like this Roman. Great use of the atmosphere obscuring the more distance mountains to create a layering affect for a 3D feel that draws you into the image. Would have been nice to get more separation of the peat in the FG from the second ridge back. Walking left or right here (assuming that was possible) could have gotten better separation and moved the FG peak out of the center.

Not sure why this is post here. Why not Landscape?

Hi Roman I think the color is fine as presented since it goes with he mood

I like accentuating the layering effect I think the new plug in Vivenza would be right up to the task !!!! Actually quick mask would do just as well !!! I like it a lot This is a fine image !!!!

I really like this type of image & wouldn't change a thing, altho it would probably also look nice with the layers accentuated as well. Great job!
