I tried to get an image that resembled the way I would paint this scene by using selective lighting an color enchancement. What do you think?

Bill, I definitely like the processing and composition but you might take a look at a little CW rotation to get the horizon level. It seems to me that the left side is lower than the right and could benefit from a little adjustment! Also, I'm not sure if it's the grain of the rock but it looks maybe a little oversharpened? Not sure, though...

Very nice tension between all the rocks and the framing is really nice. I also like how we get a glimpse of color in the water to the right front area and then everything else goes gray from the fog. Beautiful!

Agree with Julie's comments. straighten the water level, but love the composition, the foreground color, and the fog.
What do you mean by "color enhancement"?

I get so carried away with the image I overlook obvious things like leveling the horizen. Thank you. Color enhancement, I mean selectively increasing saturation in certain areas of the image while muting other areas. The same as if I was painting. Giving the area of intrest more color and warmer color to move it forward while reducing satutration in those areas I want to move back in the image. Areial perspective, cooler things are farther away warmer things are closer due to areial perspective. At least that is what I mean't. The image was sharpened only to 80 percent. The rock has a lot of stuff on it. Note the lack of haloes. I'll post the original here so you can see what I did.
