This Yellow-rumped Warbler (Myrtle, 1st winter?) was one of a flock foraging in the spruce trees on Great Head, Mount Desert Island last month. (Light was not ideal, still 2 hours to go before sunset. White balance OK in sunlit area of bird, but looks like a blue cast in the shadows.)

Does look like a tree topper to me!
Nicely exposed, contrasty as mentioned.
I might consider a slight darkening of the greenery of his perch, and a mild vignette of the RUC and RLC to keep our attention on the bird
Perhaps another round of USM on the head/eye region.
I like the image design but would like it even better with some off the bottom. Lightening the dark shadows would reduce the contrasty look. Lastly, it looks as if there is a blue and or green cast to the bird.
