I had this vision of a drop of milk over a coffee cup for many years. I got a chance to try it out today with Susan Candelerio and Roman K. They are certainly masters at these drop techniques. After many attempts and lots of patience this is one of the images we came up with. ;)

Awesome vision Nick. You guys really pulled this one off! The reflection adds so much to this. Sorry I missed it. Looking forward to seeing more.:)

A great success Nick! I think I'd like it even more with a plain coloured (or white) cup and saucer, but that's just me.

Very nicely captured. I like it. Great reflection. I think it needs a wee CW rotation.

Hi Nick, very creative showing a different way of viewing a water drop. Wondering if a slightly darker backround might have made the drop stand out more.
    All in all nicely done...

I love how the drop matches the colors in the cup! Beautiful reflection as well.

This is just amazing! I want to know how to do it! I suspect the technique is similar to capturing the still wings of a hummingbird.
