    Light a tad on the harsh side but side light perfect for this pose and head angle. Nice raised wings and image optimization. Looks like a bit of noise in the underwings likely caused by opening up the shadows there. Love that head and fluffy crest. You might try a traditional 3X2 format by cropping from the bottom and adding canvas right.

    Well timed to get the raised wings, and good job on bringing out the blacks. Lovely looking birds, and hope to see some from next weekend in the kruger.;)

    Very nice. Light is harsh but is working well on the dark bird IMO. Terrific pose.

    Did well with this capture considering the less than optimum light. Like the raised wings, the perch and the puffed up feathers. I'd like to see some more room on the right.

    Ah my favourite raptor. I also like the puffed feathers, raised wings and crest well done.

    Nice eye contact and detail in the blacks. Also off to Kruger in 2 weeks and hope for my first image of this raptor VWD:D
