These beautiful beings are back to winter in India, But still overcast conditions here in south India, hope to make some good images of these beauties with good light.
Bhai, I am a strange one: for flight, I pretty much prefer soft like this to any sun that causes distinct shadows. Love the pose, the hanging talons, the look, and everything else about this one.

Kiran, you nailed this one. Terrific pose and crop....loving those talons a lot. I need to come to Bangalore some day just to go to this place where you get all kinds of raptors at eye level.
A stunning image! Hard to imagine anything that could make it better. (the only thing that springs to mind is a prey bird just under the talons, but who doesn't dream of that kind of thing!)
Excellent Kiran! I love the soft light, sharpness, pose and eye contact. As for the framing, IMO, this is more powerful with about half of the empty space on the right cropped out, but this is great!
Another vote for a magnificent photograph, exposure, sharpnes and eye contact excellent. I like the pose which illustrates the grace, agility and strength of the bird - well captured.
