    Sharp and a great bird. The rather steep angle is less than ideal but I do believe that lightening the bird would improve this one greatly.

    Like the pose & composition. Bird still looks underexposed despite 2/3s overexposure. Suggest you try Arthur's advice in lifting the levels to lighten the bird.

    Thanks for the comments and advice, I agree on the steep angle, the dead trees in the lake are quite tall.

    I will try lightening the bird.
