Great capture of the fishing behaviour!! Could perhaps be a bit smaller in frame, perhaps with the bird taking up 1/3 of the frame instead of 1/2. The eye in particular looks crisp and clear:)

Lovely shot, perhaps if the composition was based on the rule of thirds it may look a little more balanced.
