    Default Swamp Spider

The last few days have been some of the nicest of the fall...sunny, clear and trees in fall splender. I was out ATV'ing with a friend and came across a swamp that was nicely lite...with great reflections...took this and many more images...like the downed tree, cropped it, flipped it.
A photo for a beautiful day...:)

Paul, It does have a spider like look to it. I like the reflection and it looks like the spider is holding up the tree in a bench press style!:)

Hoo boy, I do NOT want to meet up with this creature! Very imaginative and effective flip. I really like the sky in the reflection. I would be tempted to expel the two leaves on the bottom two "legs". I like the arch formed by the branch above the spider, makes a nice framing element. Good one!

    Hey Paul,
Count me in as another one who doesn't want to run into that "spider"! Very well seen and cool use of PP'ing!

Hey, Paul - did you share with your ATV friend what you saw:D It's not anything I'd want to run into. Great PP work.

    Hey Paul,
Don't know if you envisioned the end result while taking the photograph or not but either way this turned out way cool! Great job :D

    Thank you all..

Below is the 6 image merge showing the scene (easy to see spider. :o).....using cs4 to merge the images...

I got the almost HDR result by using Image/Adjustments, Shadows-Highlights...slider for shadow a 0%, then move highlight slider to the right to desired look

It does look like a spider! Very creative composition you dreamed up.
