I noticed this bird with a bunch of Yellow Rumped Warblers. I don't think this is one of those, but I don't have any idea what it is. Can you help?

Looks ok for a yellow-rumped warbler to me.

Agree, Yellow-rumped, a young one after its first moult to winter plumage. I was initially confused by the rusty colour on the upper flanks. Sibley notes "a pale throat that wraps around back of auriculars" (ear feathers), which this bird has. Also notes dark auriculars, which again this bird has. No sign of yellow in the flanks of this bird though.

Thanks all for your help. The more I looked and read the books about it the more I thought it might be some phase of a Yellow-rumped. I noticed that this specie seems to have quite a few very different looking variations of this bird. Thanks again.
